Every Apostillum record is anchored to the Hedera Consensus Service — a public, immutable ledger governed by Google, IBM, Boeing, and Deutsche Telekom. When you verify a seal hash here, you are querying that public ledger directly. Apostillum has no ability to alter, delete, or fabricate these records. The timestamp, the hash, and the sequence number are permanent facts of the blockchain.
